How do you connect the Plate Pouch to a weighted vest or plate carrier?

Please note depending on the stitching durability of the weighted vest or plate carrier, the Plate Pouch may hang at times.

What size barbell plates can fit inside the Plate Pouch?
Universal 10LBS barbell plates (9x9in) with a thickness of up to 3in. Two 10LBS can be stacked together with a 5LBS plate.
How to set up a dumbbell / kettlebell feature?
Detach the two straps from the front and rear side of the pouch and tuck the ending point of the handle underneath the last MOLLE. A full in depth video can be found here:

How do I set up the hydration pack?
Simply place the 1.5L (max) inside the pouch, strap the pack, release the tube from the inside to the outside, release the shoulder strap, insert the tube to the shoulder strap, under the MOLLE attachments to prevent movement when runnings, hiking etc. A full in depth video can be found here:
