"We use these harnesses for pre-game warm up and speed workouts. Very comfortable around the waist and shoulders with a quick release system."

PULL HARNESS VS WAIST BELT

Why did we choose to develop a robust harness rather than a waist belt?

Pull Harness

Upper body harnesses distribute the load across the shoulders and upper torso, which can reduce localized pressure and enhance comfort during pulling tasks.

The distribution of force across a larger area can enhance performance in particular speed and agility.

Waist Belt

Core engagement is moderate, as the belt does not support the upper torso.

Discomfort and pain due to compression around the hips when using waist belts during maximal effort exercises. This discomfort can potentially limit performance and may increase the risk of injury if not properly addressed.
